Learn the gouache painting technique. Instructor will walk attendees through the steps needed to create a finished landscape piece such as How to use gouache paints, water control, value sketch, color mixing, and more. All supplies provided.
(Gouache paint is a fast-drying, opaque, water-based medium composed of pigment, binder and filler, creating a matte, velvety finish. Known for being easy to use and versatile, it is a hybrid of watercolor and acrylic, offering high coverage in one stroke.)

This class is intermediate level and will be offered monthly.
There will be a specific focus subject taught each month
such as painting realistic rocks, trees, sunset or stormy skies, florals and more.
Instructor will demonstrate a specific technique.
Attendees will be guided on how to approach each subject.
Please provide your own supplies including paint, brushes and watercolor paper,
and a reference photo..
