Chimney Repair/Restoration
$106,900 Mason Restoration/Repair of 3 chimneys

Project: 3 chimneys are being restored/repaired under strict Preservation Guidelines to ensure the architectural design is still the original. This includes color matching &mortar analysis, and brick match. The work began 9/21/26, and the first chimney is completed (above), the contractor is on the second chimney. Note: Lift in-kind donation by Giancola Family.
Heat Pumps

-12,875 Grant awarded (it will cover HALF of funds needed up to $20,800)

Project: 3 heat pumps are being installed (one in the classroom, another in the second floor gallery and an additional one in the first floor gallery). This will add Air Conditioning (there is none) and an alternative Heat source to enable heating a few rooms individually. The current heating system when turned on, heats the whole building.
Carriage House Barn Roof (leaking section)
$2,608 Roof contractor
Project: Repair the left section of the Carriage House roof to stop the leak that is destroying the wallpaper in the caretaker’s room. It should be done within the month.
