Opening Reception October 11 2-6 p.m.
Sunday, October 11: Join us for our reception and a 3 p.m. lecture by Penina Glazer, Ph.D., of Hampshire College, who will discuss these stories in the larger context of American and Jewish history.
Sunday, October 18: We invite you to a concert by the pianist and choral conductor Phyllis Isaacson. Phyllis will play a variety of music – classical, jazz and Jewish – and will speak about her experiences leading the Israeli Kibbutz Choir. 3 p.m. Nourse Hall, Trinity Church 85 West Street, Rutland
Sunday, October 25: Return to the Paramount for a poetry reading by Judy Chalmer, whose work was inspired by her own quest to understand her family’s Holocaust history. She will talk about that history and read from her book Out of History’s Junk Jar: Poems of a Mixed Inheritance. 3 p.m., Gallery at the Brick Box
